3. Orders and Contract 3.1 Order Process: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our acceptance of that offer takes place only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. 3.2 Availability: All products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item (e.g., due to 3D printing failures or material shortages), we will inform you and refund you in full.

Grimbits is not responsible for these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You are the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws of your country.
5. Production Times, Shipping and Delivery 5.1 Made-to-Order & Backorders: Many of our products are hand-crafted, 3D printed to order, or produced in small batches.
-
Specific Estimates: Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate estimated production and dispatch times for that specific item.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains items with different lead times (e.g., one in-stock item and one made-to-order item), your entire order will generally be held until all items are ready to ship. 5.2 Dispatch Estimates: Any dispatch or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production times may vary due to workload, material supply, or print failures. 5.3 Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, strikes, customs clearance processes, or unexpected production delays. 5.4 Risk: The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.
